Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Sargana, we prioritize delivering your products efficiently and on time. By using our Platforms and services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not accept these terms, we advise you not to proceed with your purchase.
Shipping Timeline
- All products are dispatched within 48 hours of order placement from our warehouse in Pune, India.
- We partner with reliable courier services, including Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, and DHL, to deliver your products across India. Once your order is handed over to a courier partner, you will receive the details of the delivery service.
- A standard delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or public holidays.
Shipping Guidelines
- Please provide a complete and accurate street address, including pin code, when placing your order.
- If multiple items are ordered together, we aim to ship them collectively; however, this may not always be possible. We can only deliver to one address per order, so orders requiring multiple delivery addresses must be placed separately.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery to such addresses.
- Orders cannot be edited, modified, or changed once confirmed. However, we may accommodate requests to change the delivery address if made within six hours of order placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier. For assistance, contact us at contact@beingsargana.com.
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered, we will be notified and may need to arrange alternate solutions.
Delivery Guidelines & Timeline
- We ship orders via Shree Maruti, Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex, Indiapost and aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
- Estimated delivery is typically within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress.
Stock Availability and Delays
- We maintain an active stock of listed products. In the event a product is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you within two working days via your registered mobile number or email.
- Upon order confirmation, a tracking number will be sent via email and SMS. You can track your order under the “Track Order” section in the My Account area on our website.
