We strive to process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location’s PIN code. The estimated delivery date is provided in your order confirmation email.
In rare cases where a product is unavailable post-purchase, we’ll notify you within two working days. You can then choose a substitute product of equal or higher value or opt for a refund.
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete residential or office address for delivery.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is returned to our warehouse after unsuccessful attempts, please contact customer service to arrange re-delivery.

All payment-related disputes, including those arising from transaction failures or declines, are subject to Pune, India jurisdiction. Please also note that we are not liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed upon with our acquiring bank.
