Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sargana, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted products made by skilled artisans. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction by offering the latest in fashion trends while upholding traditional craftsmanship. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process for exchanges and returns. Please read the details carefully, as they are governed by our Terms of Use and the policies outlined below.

Exchange & Return Process

Sargana offers a simple and convenient Exchange/Return Policy for most products purchased on www.beingsargana.com, excluding accessories.

  • Return Request: Must be initiated within 7 Days of product delivery.
  • Exchange Request: Must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Partial Returns: You can choose to return one or more items from your order, but garment sets must be returned as a whole, not in parts.
  • Proof of Delivery: We recommend recording an unboxing video to serve as proof in case of any refund claims.

Terms & Conditions for Exchange & Return

  • The product must be returned in its original condition: fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are permitted only for products of the same or higher value.
  • Accessories: Not eligible for exchange.
  • For Juttis: If the “No Return” tag is removed, return will not be accepted. Refund will also be denied if the product is found used, worn, or torn during inspection.
  • Partial Refunds (used / missing tag / worn): Up to 80% of the product price may be refunded, based on inspection outcome.

In-Store Exchange & Return

  • Only valid within India.
  • Assistance is available at Sargana exclusive stores.

Online Exchange & Return

  1. Log In: Access your user account on www.beingsargana.com and submit your exchange or return request from the “Support->Order Tracking / Return Order" section.
  2. Return Pick-Up:
  • Available in select locations based on courier service availability.
  • Properly wrap the product but do not seal the packet, and keep it ready for inspection.
  • A quality check will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

3. Self-Return: If the pick-up option is not available in your area, you may return the product via courier. Include the Order ID and Return ID on the package.

  • Shipping Cost Reimbursement: Up to Rs. 120 per order, subject to conditions. Share a scanned copy of the courier bill at connect@beingsargana.com. The receipt must include weight, shipment details, and the cost, without alterations.

Quality Check & Processing

  • After we receive and verify the returned product, the exchange or refund will be processed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to keep all products in stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 2 working days, offering you the option to choose a replacement or cancel the order. If cancelled, a refund will be initiated.

Cancellation

  • Pre-Shipment: Cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch by accessing “Support->Order Tracking / Return Order” on www.beingsargana.com. The full amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds are granted only in cases of:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Genuine size issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • Incorrect items delivered.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Design or colour variations.
  • Used or damaged products.

Refunds are processed within 8 to 12 working days. The timing depends on third-party agencies, such as banks and payment gateways.


Product Disclaimer

  1. Embroidery & Colour: Due to the nature of fabrics, colour variations and embroidery differences may occur.
  2. Sizing: Clothing fit may vary based on the cut, fabric, and style. Please refer to our sizing guide.
  3. Colour Display: We try to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary due to screen settings or lighting.
  4. Wash Care: Follow washing instructions on the garment tag to avoid damage.

Exclusions

Products must be unused, unaltered, and have all tags intact for returns or exchanges.

Transactional Disputes

All disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, India. The Company is not liable for transactions declined due to exceeding pre-set limits agreed with the bank.
